Flat rates posted on the site. If something changes once I see it, I tell you before I start, not after.
I show up when I say
You get a text the day before and another when I'm on my way.
Done right the first time
Level, anchored, torqued to spec. I clean up and haul away the boxes and old parts.

If something I did isn't right, I come back and fix it free.
Find a bigger problem? You don't pay.
If I find something bigger than what you booked, I'll show you what I found and you won't pay for the visit. Then it's your call: I quote the fix, or point you to a good shop. No pressure, no upsell.
